Shipping Options

We offer flexible shipping options so you can choose what works best for your order and timeline.

Standard Ground Shipping
Our default shipping method. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via ground service using the best available carrier rates for your location.

Priority / Express Shipping
Our expedited shipping option. Orders placed with Priority shipping are moved to the front of our fulfillment queue for faster preparation and dispatch. We also review carrier options to select the quickest delivery available within our shipping window.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Expedited or Priority orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) may ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

If more than 48 hours have passed since shipment and tracking has not updated, please contact us at support@matriley.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions.

Please refer to your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information.

For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of any additional fees before placing an order.

International tracking updates may take longer than domestic shipments, and scans may not update immediately after carrier pickup.

Freight Forwarders
Matriley.com reserves the right to decline shipments to freight forwarding addresses.

Custom & Limited-Run Items
Custom orders, limited runs, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated prior to fulfillment.
